Book a call
Most of the time the docs and the in-app assistant are enough to get you going. When you would rather have a person walk you through it, you can book a free 15-minute integration call and we will help you connect your tools and get your agent live.
A call is a complement to these docs, not a replacement. The fastest path is still self-serve: create an agent, add knowledge, then connect it to your site. But connecting a third-party app or a new channel is the step where a quick screen-share saves the most time, so that is exactly what the call is built around.
What the call is for
The integration call exists to get you past the hands-on setup steps. In a typical call we help you with one or more of the following:
- Connecting apps. Linking the tools your agent uses inside its skills, such as Calendly, Cal.com, HubSpot, Stripe, Mailchimp, or Zendesk, including the account connection and the settings each one needs.
- Connecting channels. Adding your agent to where your visitors already are: the website snippet, the hosted chat link, Wix, Webflow, WordPress, or a social channel like Instagram, Facebook, Slack, or Telegram.
- Setting up skills. Turning a connected app into an action your agent can take for a visitor, for example booking a meeting or capturing a lead.
- Getting your agent live. Walking through the last steps so a working agent is actually answering visitors on your site.
How to book it
You book the call from inside the product, on the pages where the work happens. Sign in to the dashboard and look for the help panel at the bottom of either of these pages:
Open the Apps or Channels page
Go to Apps if you are connecting a tool your agent uses in a skill, or Channels if you are adding your agent to a website or social platform. Both pages have the same help panel near the bottom.
Find the help panel
On the Apps page it reads Need help connecting an app? and on the Channels page Need help with integration? Both offer the same free 15-minute integration call.
Click Book integration call
The Book integration call button opens our scheduling page in a new tab. Pick a time that works for you and confirm. You will get a calendar invite with the meeting details.
What to prepare
The call is short, so a few minutes of prep means we spend the time solving your problem instead of getting set up. Before the call, try to have:
- An agent already created. If you have not made one yet, create it first so we have something to connect during the call.
- The app or channel you want to connect. Know which tool or platform you are aiming for, for example your Calendly account or your Wix site.
- Access to that account. Connecting most apps and social channels uses a sign-in popup, so be ready to log in to that service during the call.
- A note of what you want the agent to do. A one-line goal, such as “let visitors book a meeting,” helps us set up the right skill.
What to expect
The call is a live, guided session. We share the steps and you follow along in your own account, so by the end the connection is set up on your side, not just demonstrated. We will:
- Confirm what you are trying to achieve and pick the right app, channel, or skill.
- Walk through the connection and any settings it needs, on your screen.
- Test that it works and point you to the docs for anything you want to revisit later.
Prefer a demo or email
A call is not the only way to reach us. If you would rather see the product first or write to us, you have two more options from the dashboard:
- Free 15-minute live demo. From the in-app Help page you can book a short live demo of the portal, a walkthrough of how everything fits together, which is a good fit if you are still deciding how to set things up.
- Email. The Help page also has an Email us option for questions you would rather handle in writing. We usually reply within one business day.
