Embed Ultimo Bots everywhere
The integration page centralizes every deployment option -- from HTML snippets and iframe embeds to native Wix, Webflow, and WordPress connectors, plus a shareable link. Use this guide to pick the right path and verify your bot is live.
Integration workflow
Open Integrations
From the Bots overview click 'Integrate'. The modal remembers the last tab you used so you can jump right back into Snippet, Wix, Webflow, WordPress, or Share Link.
Choose your integration method
The integration page has five tabs: Snippet (widget or iframe), Wix, Webflow, WordPress, and Share Link. Pick the one that fits your platform.
Follow the tab instructions
Each tab provides step-by-step guidance, copy buttons, and status indicators. Native connectors (Wix, Webflow, WordPress) include connect/disconnect toggles.
Verify live status
Ultimo pings the platform APIs after every action and updates the modal (green check for 'Live', red icon for 'Not Live'). You will know instantly if a chatbot is active.
All integration methods
Website Embed (Widget)
The default embed option. Copy a small HTML/JS snippet and paste it before the closing </body> tag on any site builder or CMS that accepts custom code. The snippet is pre-populated with your bot ID and loads the widget as a floating chat bubble.
Iframe Embed
Toggle between widget and iframe mode on the Snippet tab. Iframe mode embeds a full-page chat experience instead of a floating bubble. This is ideal for dedicated support pages, landing pages, or any place where you want the chatbot to be the primary focus.
Wix
Uses the official Wix Marketplace app. The modal builds a deep link with your bot ID and user ID prefilled. Once connected, you can toggle 'Make Chatbot Live' without touching the Wix dashboard. Disconnect at any time from the same tab.
Webflow
Lists every site returned by Webflow's OAuth API. Pick a site, press 'Integrate Chatbot,' and Ultimo injects or removes the code via Webflow's CMS endpoints. Status indicators show whether the bot is active.
WordPress
Install the Ultimo Bots WordPress plugin from the plugin directory. The tab provides a one-click button to copy your Bot ID. Paste it into the plugin settings on your WordPress site. The plugin handles script injection automatically. You can connect and disconnect directly from this tab.
Share Link
Get a standalone URL that opens your chatbot in a full-page view -- no embedding required. Share it via email, social media, QR codes, or anywhere you need a quick link to your bot. Visitors can start chatting immediately without visiting your website.
Working with the universal snippet
The default embed covers any site builder that accepts custom HTML.
- The snippet injects a hidden attribution link for compliance. Keep it intact even if you minify or inline the script.
- We defer the widget bundle so it does not block page rendering.
- Each snippet is pre-populated with the bot ID; copying guarantees the right assistant loads.
- Toggle between widget mode (floating bubble) and iframe mode (full-page chat) on the same tab.
Pre-flight checklist
- Confirm which domain or environment (staging/production) you are deploying to.
- Have CMS credentials ready -- some flows redirect you back after OAuth approval.
- Decide whether you want widget mode (floating bubble) or iframe mode (full-page chat).
- For Share Link, test the URL in a private browser window to see the visitor experience.
- Decide whether you want to book a guided integration call (link available directly inside the modal).
- Test the widget in an incognito window after embedding to catch caching issues.
