Keep your profile tidy

The My Account tab centralizes all personal preferences. Update your details, localization, timezone, and security settings in one place -- changes sync immediately across Ultimo.

Key controls

Profile basics

Update first and last name, email, and localization preferences. All fields are validated and tied to your workspace.

Language picker

Choose the default language for system messages (English or German). This also drives interface translations in the portal.

Date formats

Switch between YYYY-MM-DD, DD-MM-YYYY, or MM-DD-YYYY. The choice applies everywhere, including analytics, exports, and reports.

Timezone selection

Set your timezone so all timestamps in the portal, reports, and exports reflect your local business hours.

Change password

Open the change password modal to update your login credentials. You will need to enter your current password, then type and confirm your new password.

Delete account

Permanently delete your account and all associated data using the delete button at the bottom of the page. A confirmation dialog ensures you do not delete by accident.

Unsaved-change warning

Any edit triggers a subtle banner with Save/Discard buttons so you never lose progress.

Update flow

  1. Navigate to Account and Billing > Account Settings. You will see two tabs: My Account and My Plans.

  2. Under My Account, update name, email, language, date format, and timezone.

  3. Use the Save button to apply changes instantly; Discard resets to the last saved state.

  4. To change your password, click the Change Password button and fill in the modal.

  5. To delete your account, scroll to the bottom and click Delete Account. A confirmation dialog will appear.

Helpful reminders

  • Set the language, date format, and timezone before inviting teammates so everyone sees consistent data.
  • If you run multiple workspaces, refresh the page after switching to ensure the right user profile loads.
  • Pair Account Settings with the Plans tab whenever you upgrade -- billing emails route to the address stored here.
  • Deleting your account removes all bots and data permanently. Download exports first if needed.
