The My Account tab centralizes all personal preferences. Update your details, localization, and formatting in one place, changes sync immediately across Ultimo.

Manage your profile and preferences from a single location.

Profile Basics

Update first and last name, email, and localization preferences. All fields are validated and tied to your workspace.

Language Picker

Choose the default language for system messages. This also drives interface translations in the portal.

Date Formats

Switch between YYYY-MM-DD, DD-MM-YYYY, or MM-DD-YYYY. The choice applies everywhere, including analytics, exports, and reports.

Change Management

Any edit triggers a subtle banner with Save/Discard buttons so you never lose progress.

Update flow

Navigate to Account & Billing → Account Settings. You’ll see two tabs: My Account and My Plans.
Under My Account, update name, email, language, and date format. Fields auto-capture your typing.
Use the Save button to apply changes instantly; Discard resets to the last saved state.
Need to sign out or delete the account? Use the action buttons at the bottom (guarded by confirmation modals).
