Work your chatbot pipeline

The Leads tab collects every warm handoff and pre-chat form submission from your bots. Review transcripts, capture contact details, filter by date, and clear your queue without exporting data.

What is inside the Leads view

Inbox-style cards

Each lead row shows status (read/unread), capture time, assigned bot, and quick chips for email, name, or phone.

One-click expand

Click anywhere on a row to reveal the full chat conversation that captured the lead, with assistant/user bubbles rendered via markdown.

Per-lead chat history

See the complete conversation that led to the lead capture. This helps you understand what the visitor was asking and how the bot responded.

Source chips

Within transcripts you can see whether the assistant referenced website links, documents, or FAQs for that answer.

Unread tracker

The Leads tab displays a badge for unread counts, and expanding a card automatically marks it as read.

Date filtering

Filter leads by date range to focus on a specific time period. This is useful for weekly reviews or tracking campaign performance.

Safe deletion

Use the trash icon to remove a lead. A confirmation modal prevents accidental loss of high-value prospects.

Pre-chat form leads

When Enforce Contact Details is enabled in Lead Generation settings, leads are captured before the conversation even begins. These appear alongside warm leads.

Simple workflow

  1. Select one or more bots at the top of the Analytics Suite just like in the Insights tab.

  2. Switch to the Leads tab. The badge next to Leads shows unread counts in real time.

  3. Use the date filter to narrow results to a specific time period.

  4. Scan the list for key details. Hover the chips to copy email, phone, or name fields.

  5. Expand any lead to see the entire conversation and the sources the bot referenced.

  6. Delete leads you have processed or keep them for historical reference.

Pro tips

  • Use browser search (Cmd/Ctrl + F) to locate a specific prospect by email or company.
  • Click the email chip to open your mail client with the address prefilled.
  • If the conversation surfaces a great Q&A, copy it directly into the Knowledge Base.
  • Pair this tab with the Lead Generation settings so you know exactly who receives notification emails.
  • Filter by date range to review leads from a specific marketing campaign or time period.
