Ultimo's Warm Lead feature lets the chatbot capture contact details and alert your team instantly. No extra forms, no complex workflows, just a friendly nudge inside the conversation.

Configuration Options

Control how your bot captures and delivers warm leads.

Toggle Activation

Flip the Warm Lead switch to let your bot collect contact info whenever a chat becomes sales-ready. Turn it off any time, settings persist.

Notification Recipients

Add one or multiple email addresses. Each new submission sends a branded notification plus the full transcript for context.

Field Selection

Collect email, phone, and name with simple checkboxes. You're in control of what the form asks for.

Spam Protection

Reminder banner nudges you to whitelist build@ultimo-bots.com so lead alerts never land in spam.

Integrations

A dedicated Zapier card (coming soon) highlights upcoming workflows for CRMs, Slack, and more.

Quick start checklist

  1. Open Settings → Lead Generation and review the info panel to understand what’s collected.

  2. Toggle “Activate Lead Function” to start capturing warm leads.

  3. Add one or more notification recipients. Remove emails with a single click if they no longer need updates.

  4. Tick the checkboxes for the fields you want to request. Most teams start with Email + Name.

  5. Save your changes. Unsaved edits are clearly labeled so nothing gets lost.
