Choose the right plan for each bot

The My Plans tab surfaces every bot subscription in one place. Compare plans, upgrade, downgrade, or cancel with confidence.

Plan comparison

Free

Get started at no cost. Includes 1 bot, 1 behavior, basic design customization, and limited monthly messages. Great for testing.

Smart

Unlock more messages, 3 behaviors, and additional design options. Ideal for small businesses getting started with chatbot support.

Boost

Significant message increase, 10 behaviors, full design customization including font selection, and daily rescraping. Best for growing teams.

Ultimo

Maximum messages, 30 behaviors, all design features, daily rescraping, priority support, and powered-by removal. For businesses that rely on their chatbot.

Plan card anatomy

Bot-by-bot cards

Each card shows the bot name, current plan (Free, Smart, Boost, Ultimo), and a concise status line.

Smart status text

Free plans show Active, paid plans show renewal dates, and scheduled downgrades highlight the next plan.

Upgrade vs. Modify buttons

Free plans display Upgrade while paid plans show Modify, tailoring the call-to-action for the right workflow.

Wix-aware logic

If the bot runs through Wix, the button launches the Wix billing portal; otherwise it opens Stripe Customer Portal.

Subscription modal

Upgrading from Free triggers a modal where you can pick a new plan and confirm changes without leaving the dashboard.

Cancel subscription

Cancel any paid subscription from the plan card. Stripe subscriptions are canceled through the Stripe Customer Portal. Wix subscriptions redirect to the Wix billing page.

Upgrade/modify/cancel flow

  1. Open Account and Billing > Plans. You will see cards for every completed bot.

  2. Review each card plan and status. Scheduled changes are clearly announced.

  3. Click Upgrade (Free bots) or Modify (paid bots).

  4. If the bot uses Wix, you will be redirected to the Wix upgrade flow. Otherwise, Ultimo opens the Stripe Customer Portal.

  5. When upgrading within Ultimo, confirm the plan in the Subscription modal and the card updates instantly.

  6. To cancel a subscription, click the Cancel or Modify button and follow the cancellation flow in the Stripe or Wix portal.

Billing tips

  • Use the plan cards to align quotas with traffic projections.
  • Keep at least one Free bot for experimentation; you can upgrade it later.
  • Need invoices or payment history? Use the Stripe Customer Portal launched via the Modify button.
  • Before canceling, make sure to download any data you need -- the bot remains until you delete it.
