Manage your subscriptions

The Billing page gives you a complete overview of all your subscriptions. Change plans, cancel subscriptions, and access payment history all from one place.

Billing features

Subscription list

See all your active and past subscriptions in one view. Each row shows the bot name, current plan, billing status, and payment provider (Stripe or Wix).

Status filter

Filter subscriptions by status to quickly find active, canceled, or pending subscriptions.

Change plan

Upgrade or downgrade any subscription directly from the billing page. Stripe subscriptions open the Stripe Customer Portal, while Wix subscriptions redirect to the Wix billing page.

Cancel subscription

Cancel any paid subscription when you no longer need it. For Stripe, the Customer Portal handles cancellation. For Wix, you are directed to the Wix billing page.

Plan comparison

Compare what each plan includes before making changes. Plans range from Free (basic features) through Smart, Boost, and Ultimo (full access with priority support).

Payment history

Access your full payment history and invoices through the Stripe Customer Portal, available from the billing page.

How to manage billing

  1. Navigate to Account and Billing > Billing to see your subscription overview.

  2. Review your active subscriptions. Each card shows the bot, plan, status, and provider.

  3. To change a plan, click the Change Plan button on the subscription card.

  4. For cancellations, use the Cancel button. You will be directed to the appropriate billing portal.

  5. Use the status filter to quickly locate specific subscriptions.

  6. Access invoices and payment history through the Stripe Customer Portal link.

Billing tips

  • Review your subscriptions regularly to ensure you are on the right plan for each bot.
  • Before canceling, download any data you need -- the bot and its data remain until you delete it.
  • If you manage multiple bots, consider upgrading high-traffic bots first for the best return.
  • Keep your payment method up to date to avoid service interruptions.
