What is inside Chat Histories
Platform tabs
Filter conversations by source: Website, Chat Link, Facebook, or Instagram. Each tab shows only the sessions from that channel, making it easy to focus on a specific platform.
Session list
Browse all chat sessions in a scrollable list. Each row shows the session start time, the last message, and the platform source. Click any session to expand and read the full conversation.
Expandable transcripts
Click on any session to expand it and see the complete conversation between the visitor and your bot. Messages are displayed with clear user/bot formatting.
Download modal
Export chat history data by clicking the Download button. A confirmation modal lets you choose the date range, and Ultimo generates an Excel file with all conversations and metadata.
Multi-bot selection
Use the bot selector at the top to view chat histories for one or multiple bots at once. This is shared with the other Analytics tabs.
Date range picker
Set a custom date range to narrow down the conversations shown. The picker respects your preferred date format from Account Settings.
