Pick up to five bots at once. The dropdown supports checkboxes, search, and stores your selection in local storage.

Flexible Date Range

The dual date pickers respect the user's preferred format (YYYY-MM-DD, DD-MM-YYYY, etc.) and update every chart instantly.

KPI Dashboard

Four cards summarize chats, average messages, average duration, and total user messages, perfect for daily standups.

Dual Line Charts

Activity and Total Messages charts share the same labels so you can compare conversation count vs. engagement at a glance.

Session Explorer

Accordion view lists each chat session with the last user question, full transcript, and source citations pulled from knowledge.

Data Exports

The Download button opens a confirmation modal and generates Excel files per selected bot, including metadata for auditing.

Walkthrough

  1. Use the tabs in Analytics → Activity to choose Activity, Leads, or Reporting. Activity opens by default.

  2. Select one or more bots (up to five) and set the date window. Data reloads automatically.

  3. Review the KPI cards for a quick pulse, then scan the dual line charts for trends.

  4. Scroll down to the chat history section to expand recent sessions. Use “Add as Q&A” directly from transcripts if you spot gaps.

  5. Need a backup? Click Download, confirm the range, and Ultimo emails/serves the Excel to your browser.
